There are two types of packaging for our products :

Prestobox Carton Box : We use the patented PrestoBox for all Fragile and Sensitive items like marble tatuettes. This patented reinforced box has made it possible for us to ship with 0% failure. We are so sure of the prestobox packing system that we promise that if your items come broken or damaged in anyway, we will resend the same item within 5 days.
Sealed Bouble Box Envelope : Items that are not fragile, like Icons are put in a bouble wrap pouch,and then in a hard box envelope. Again we have had 0% failure.
